Understanding the productivity of your workforce allows you to have an objective viewpoint of long-term operating trends. But how can a company evaluate productivity when it was deemed to be an unquantifiable and intangible attribute?
Employers found it near impossible to pinpoint productivity constraints and eliminate bottlenecks without a data visualization tool. imBee provides a clear overview for employers to keep tabs on all internal departments and external customer conversations to ensure full visibility of their company’s internal affairs, including resource allocation and the resources spent on certain activities. By assimilating and consolidating statistics, companies can facilitate the decision making process when it comes to making operational changes, adding employees or just to verify their business performance.
With all the data collected, they can be displayed in a quick at-a-glance summarized format with imBee’s ‘Productivity Dashboard’. By using a software that analyzes employee idle time and number of tasks the employee completes, which can be used to measure data usage amongst employees and customers, workforce performance and productivity trends.
Enterprises can identify slow ticket types for operational adjustments with the help of ticket metric monitoring. Filter tickets by metric components or agent performances in one view to provide effective and faster resolutions. Some top support metrics that greatly benefit your IT service management and customer service team include; Customer Satisfaction Rating, Number of Tickets Handled and Slowest Resolution Times.
In an automated environment, employees have the time, resources and freedom to focus on less manual or repetitive tasks and more on strategy or innovation, equating to a much higher employee productivity rate.
“We estimate automation could raise productivity growth globally by 0.8 to 1.4 percent annually”, McKinsey & Co. predicted in their 2017 Automation, Employment, and Productivity report.
imBee’s chatbots can function as an automatic keyword detector and answer the most frequent customer enquiries with pre-programmed answers dictated by agents.
