imBee works with 360dialog, an official WhatsApp Business API partner. All customers must apply a WhatsApp number through 360dialog in order to connect their number to the imBee system.
Can I use group chats or make group calls on WhatsApp?
Our platform does not support group calls on both WhatsApp nor WhatsApp Business API.
How many WhatsApp numbers can be activated in an account?
You can activate up to 25 WhatsApp Business API accounts. Our flexible pricing plans can be upgraded to accommodate a large number of users at the same time. For more details, visit this page.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Your plans with imBee can be cancelled at any time, however all paid fees are non-refundable. Please schedule a meeting with our Customer Service team to arrange for the cancellation process.
