Pre-sales Consultant
Responsibility
- Obtain and review client’s requirements and propose the best-fit solutions to fulfill client’s needs
- Answer requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs) in a detailed and professional level
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept (POC) demonstrations
- Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders
- Create demo stories and use cases study to address various business challenges
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
- 2+ years pre-sales experience
- Prior experience dealing with big enterprise clients SaaS or IT solutions experience a MUST
- Good understanding of IT and technical best practices and methodologies
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems with accounts, in complex technical environments
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver demos tailored to the audience needs
- Great interpersonal skills and are good at working with multiple stakeholders
- Native Cantonese is a must, fluent in English and mandarin
